Office mini-job: Temporary help (M/F/D)

For our office in the city center of Bad Homburg we are looking for a temp on a mini-job basis. (40 hours/month)

Flexible working hours twice a week on site in the office: Mon-Fri between 9 am and 6 pm.

Your tasks:

  • Support with administrative activities and general office tasks
  • Data maintenance and creation of documents with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Creating press clippings and clipping folders
  • Processing e-mails via Outlook
  • Research work via Google

You should have:

  • Confident handling of common Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of the Internet and search engines
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken German
  • Reliable and independent way of working
